Diamond Commercial Group works with investment banks to provide mortgage-backed security loans for commercial real estate and flagged hotels. Our partners offer from $1 million to $50 million for the following properties:

CMBS loans have low interest rates, non-recourse debt and a fixed term up to 10 years with 30 year amortizations and the option to cash out.

Mezzanine and Equity Financing

Diamond Commercial Group partners with private investors to provide equity and mezzanine financing. Our relationship with these investors allows us to structure loans from $5 million to $50 million for commercial real estate transactions.

HUD and FHA

Our HUD and FHA programs include loans from $2 million to $50 million with credit enhancement for tax-exempt financing. The programs fund transactions for the following properties:

  • Special care facilities or hospitals

These loans are fully amortizing, fully assumable and non-recourse with low permanent fixed rates.

Construction Financing

We approve construction loans of $50 million to $1 billion. Principles of these loans must be experienced with equity in their projects.
